Company Description

Our newest Best of Ibis offering! An amazing washed-process coffee that was grown on small half-acre lots in the fertile foothills of Mount Kenya in Kirinyaga County. A lot of care was given to this coffee during harvesting and processing, ensuring that only the ripest coffee cherries were used. 

This coffee is a "peaberry," which is a designation of the unusually large and round size and shape of these beans. This is typically the result of the coffee cherry only developing one seed instead of the usual two!
