Understanding Us is a grassroots (501) (c) non-profit organization. We are local to Salt Lake City, Utah. We are a collective that believes in doing good- better. Our participants are primarily individuals experiencing homelessness. Our Tai Chi program has 3 locations, running 4 days a week.
