Spoke to Ralf first and never made it past that. No need to go further after speaking to Ralf knowing I dogged a bullet. I explained that I was given a list through my EAP provider. When it came to explain my insurance I informed him that I had coverage through the VA and was told to have them contact there to set up in network. Ralf’s reply was that he did not believe me because I did not have a card and making him do the work. I said, you might not work with verters much and Ralfs reply was, “Shut your mouth, I am a veteran.” I then explained that I was not accusing him of not being, only that experience is limiting at times because I had a VA disability rating and did not understand the services or benefits myself. I further explained that I specifically reached out to Dr. Morgan for certain reasons believing I could get a proper self-assessment and help with self management. Ralf then tried to apologize but he is not my brother in arms nor his brother’s keeper and this care facility is not worth my time because they cannot value me as human over a simple phone call.
